You will need the following 2 programs...
FRAPS v1.9aDownload for FREE! (http://www2.fraps.com/FRAPS19A.EXE)
Windows Movie Maker Comes with XP, search and DL if you don't have...
1. Once you have these 2 programs... Open FRAPS up and make sure you checked the box that lets you hit F9 to start and end the recording...
2. Now you must change your resolution to 640x480 within Warcraft by clicking Options on the Main Menu Screen.
3. Start your game and simply hit the F9 key to begin recording. Once your game is finished, open up a new project on Windows Movie Maker.
4. Click import video while in WMM to select your file (in FRAPS folder by default). Now drag your clips into the timeline at the bottom. You can also add audio and the title and credits!! There are so many features!! I finally figured it out!! All by myself!! Wow, its now 2:11 in the morning...Better get some sle.... WAIT... I've got it!!
YOUR WELCOME...

You have to have 640x480 for Fraps to record the whole screen...
If you don't, you'll only record the top left portion of the screen :(
It reduces lag dramatically!!!
Yes it works for Counter Strike... and UT and mostly any game..

What should I save the WMM file as?
For the love of god, why would ANYONE want to use a program made by microsoft?
Use TMPGenc or whats-its-name (will edit), end use MPEG-4 (i.e. XviD or DivX)

darkslide if it is only recording part of the screen at ^er resolutions, you need to change your setting for fraps, i tried it vs comps with much greater resolution and recorded prefectly fine, cept i lost cuz i have a shitty comp and was very laggy :'( ._.

So what your saying is, take the 30 second clips and put them together? Does it automatically start another recording after the first 30 seconds are used up?

(On-Topic) I'd record a VOD if my comp could handle it, but even at 3 frames per second recorded and all the graphical options as low as possible, it's not happening.
(Off-Topic) Cygnus is a retard =/
