Question about W3Chart and Replay Tray

I just played a game and wanted to check my apm, I have both programs above, something is a little strange to me though so I m wondering if someone could answer it. In that game, replay tray showed that i had an apm of 385, while my opponent had an apm of 66, however when I check it with w3chart, it shows that I only have 300 apm while my opponent is now 67. Why is this ?

Probably counts spam or not.. and maybe it is there is a Special function such as an ability, hotkeyselect, or some action that one recognizes and the other doesnt.
