Anyone know where I can get artisan first aid for alliance side? I checked on thottbot and what I gathered was that it is in theramore, but when I went there I couldn't even find a first aid trainer. Thanks in advance.

There's a doctor in the barracks, maybe it's him.

You have to speak with Nissa Firestone in the Military Ward of Ironforge. Then you are sent to meet the Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen in Theramore to get Artisan. Then you have to do a quest for a doctor which involves healing people.

Edit: Aww, I require level 40! 6 More to go, I guess I'll have a lot of mageweave saved up by then though.
