Are there any good enhancement and elemental shamans i see mostly restoration and elemental. It would be cool if there are any good enhancement and elemental builds. Any tips from the high levels here?

imo u have to have 21 restor to ns, then u either pick restor/enhance, restor/ele, or a bit of all 3.

enhance/restor = better vs other shamans, also slightly better vs pallies

ele/restor = better vs most other classes, especially pure caster classes

In the high level areas/instances that you are doing, what talent build would you say is the best?

What talent build would be best for PvP and what for PvE?

i didnt bother to do this due to the fact my next respec = 20g, the other sham in my party did for awhile, but best build for endgame instance = full restor build to mana tide for 100% support play. keep in mind when you do this you wil be 100% gimped for pvp, so enhance/restor or ele/restor is both ok as next choice, as long as you have 21 in restor up to ns.
for solo pve the enhance/restor build is better
for pvp: ele/restor = better for group pvp and vs caster classes/low hp classes
enhance/restor = better vs other shamans and also pallies (due to the fact you can't nuke them with shocks, it's more melee orientated with shocks to intrep healing)

I'm still preferring the 31st point in elemental instead for 31/20 ele/restore, but it's really a matter oh preference and what you will be doing. Quite frankly, when you are a shaman people don't care too much what build you are, because for the most part your totems are the same, and you'll have enough points in restoration for decent healing regardless unlike say, warriors who aren't defensive spec. No one really expects you to have the mana tide totem, and though the natures swift is nice for groups, I find the guaranteed crit on next cast more useful in PvP by a longshot (CL isn't worth instacasting because by the time the 1.9second cast is up global cooldown is ready and you can land earthshock simultaneusly which you can't do otherwise, and its a real nifty combo to drop 1.8-2.4k damage instantly). In PvP it would just be for the heals, which would be nice but I'd rather catch them off guard with insane burst dps.
