Ok so first level of this adds 20 att pwr or wateva, i then put 2 talent points into it so i should have recieved an 8% increase, however it still says 20 so i was wondering if it is a bug or if it just adds the 8% but does not display it. Thx.

Most abilities that are affected by Talents (Improved ______) have bugged icons.

The 8% bonus will be there, it simply doesn't tell you.
(Just check your attack power bonus - that'll prove it.)

I remember I noticed a Warlock Ability that does this the other day too. I think it's Blood Pact.

Yeah it is blood pact. talent increases it by like some odd percent and it still shows up as non increased
