Warrior Questions...

So, I just made a warrior because my warlock wasn't any fun...and I just have a couple questions dealing with the warriorz0r.

-Which weapon would be the best to go (Mace, Axe, Sword)
-1h or 2h?
-How are they in PVP/Raids
-They seem fun at lower lvls, are they fun when I get higher? =O

- it doesn't really matter what type of weapon, mainly the stats. however, axes seem to be the slowest, and swords the fastest, so if you don't want misses to affect you much but you don't mind that your ".Does weapon damage plus..." attacks (Overpower, Mortal Strike, Cleave, Whirlwind, etc.) arent as effective, go with a sword. if the other way around, go with an axe, and go with a mace if you want a nice balance. (I use an axe at the moment, but i'm switching to polearm very soon)

- 1h is the obvious choice for a defensive specced warrior (gotta have a shield :)), but for anyone who wants to be able to do anything outside of a group (ie. arms or fury warriors), it's a toss-up. I prefer 2h to 2 1hs, but it's mainly preference and, again, whether you want big hits from weapon damage attacks or if you want a lot of smaller hits

- in PvP, warriors blow. plain and simple. hopefully we'll get buffed by blizzard soon. that's not saying that we can't win, it's just that a warrior vs. a person with the same skill but a different class will not win (though we're alright against hunters). Raids, however, are completely different. Warriors are absolutely crucial in raids in order to tank and hold aggro. without warriors, Raids are doomed.

- interestingly enough, most people say that they're less fun at lower levels because the equipment and skills start getting good in the higher levels. so if you like them already, you'll have even more fun when you're higher level.

well 1h/shield is always great for instances, and 2h is good for soloing, so i usually keep 2 weaps and a shield on my alt warr...works well to me o_o

I think with new patch 2h warriors will be much much more popular because of the rage fix. We will have much mroe rage so we can use MS and whirl way more often. Our dps will go up and so will our agro:) which makes me happy so i think make an ms build. Do arms tree, and put bout 20 points in fury for enrange (40% dmg boost OWNS so hard...)
