Gnome Mage

I just made a level 1 gnome mage, and i start in iron forge right? (never made 1 b4) and so what are good easy quests that give good exp? (good exp = 400-alot)

Do everything you can find if you're level 1.

IMO the best way to level is to get the quests that involve killing X amount of monsters (there's plenty of them around the start spot, you just have to walk a little bit to find them). Quests that involve running back and forth (especially later on when you're not going to those people to get a quest or something) are just a waste of time and take away from killing monsters and leveling. I think you level faster if you don't focus on the running around quests as much, but that's just my opinion.

Level 1-5 is all about starting place, then move on to the next city, which I recommend going to Elwynn Forest and doing killing quests there.

I usually load up on a few of those killing-quests and then kill what I have to kill and then go cash in the XP. Works great.

Here's what I did and I'm lvl 11 in about 8 hours (yea, I know, I'm a newb, but maybe it'll help).

-Complete all quests at Anvilmar
-Head through the cave to the small little town there and do some quests (didn't do most of them, though)
-Take Deeprun Tram to Stormwind, start Goldshire quests

Maybe that'll help get you started.

STV is a great place to level for a gnome, at least until you can go to the roof of the Gadgetzan AH where low level gnomes are also in high demand.
