Why i can´t download replays?

Ye, i logged in and reistered but i still can´t download replays! What is the prob?I closed all browsers and logged in again but there still is this stupied message" U have to reister to download replays"!

Why do you people make these threads in a member writings forum? Member Writings means peoms and stuff.
