Well after reading a few of the intervieuws on this site i wanted to try and become staff on this site so i asked Kid Arctica about it he wasn't looking for any right yet

but ok if any of the mods (rainvision neeka plzz) read this and need a intervieuwer

2. Just three weeks ago, there was a big post regarding OPENING IN THE WRITING STAFF. That includes interview staff. Obviously sign-ups are done. You are too late. They have already picked people.

3. If you really think you'd do a better job than the current writing staff, which I highly doubt, considering your latest post contents (but who am I to judge? Maybe you have some other mind in there lurking around, other than the amazingly hard to read bullshit smear that goes next to your name), like I said again, PM Neeka or e-mail.

Coolswa: When your "application" post above has 10+ gramatical errors, as well as referring to KidA as 'he', your chances are pretty much shot. Not a site suggestion so closed.

Coolswa, since I am currently head of writing department, if I do not want a new interviewer, it does not matter how many moderators you ask. I told you that I am currently not hiring, that holds true as we recently had a hiring round and we took in quite a few new staff members.

However, we do accept submissions from non-staff members, meaning that if you write an interview that is good and then send it to me, I will post it on the front page just as if you had been on staff. The good thing about this is also that you "prove yourself", so if you contribute repeatedly with solid material, of course there is a chance (I will not promise anything, though) that you may get an invitation to become trial staff.

Regardless, this last round of hiring showed that it will definitely be a big plus to have work samples, and to be blunt, I will not accept anyone in between hiring rounds unless they have proved that they are capable of doing the job they apply for.
