View Full Version : Audio Commentary challenge!

Yesterday night, PancakeAbuse shoutcasted a few games, and out of them was a real piece of art, something truly impressing, stunning, out of the ordinary.

The game was played between USA-Training and MohammedAli, respectively human and orc, on Lost Temple.

I think it would be really funny to have as many audio commentaries on this very replay as possible, since this game should make you laugh like there's no tomorrow. I got to observe this game as it was played, while listening to the shoutcast, and I never enjoyed a game so much. I personally never watch other replays than the ones where one player plays my race, but this is just too good to be missed.

So I think it would be cool to have a bunch of people do an audio commentary on this replay, it would be something we would remember through next patches, because that game is easily the funniest solo replay I've ever watched in 1.18

As for me, I'll work on a commentary thursday morning because I won't have school then. Hopefully some people take that challenge and release their commentary on this game, because it definately CANNOT be missed!

wow..thats quiet an...interesting game..wowrofllol..too bad i left the cast before that damnit. Oh well but are u talking about a bunch of people doing an audio together?

No I'm talking about everyone doing his own audio commentary on the same replay, we could compare them and laugh at the comments, this game really is funny

I dont get how this game was funny. Kinda noob and retarded if u ask me. I guess using warmills to block the exits was kinda silly but... this game wasted 5 minutes of my life watching it in 8x speed.

Yeah i've watched this replay just this morning and it was quite XD , and yeah i think it would be much more fun if someone did an audio on it. i guess Dan is the one for this job. ^^

I stopped making audios, plus there's plenty more talented people here who can make great ones.

Yea I did it. 25 minutes of audio. I didnt redo it, first time watching the game, some of its in 8x speed. Its probably worse than when I first did an AC. but I dont care. I answered the call of the challenge. So here is 25 of yours and my life you can not get back. I hope you all enjoy. oh i forgot to mention but when I say to pause at 19:38 one times speed.

lol it's pretty entertaining, kinda harsh on the players though. I think this strat can be decent with ne and with good macro can beat decent players.

Yea, I was harsh on the players. I admit, I was a complete prick, but USA man...gah that kid just really pissed me off one time, and the fact that muhumed lost a lot of his units to creeps, I dunno, the game was just frustrating me.

Haha America I was actually loling at your version of the game. Oh man, that was quite funny, and for some reason since it was in 2x speed, it seemed funnier. Chain Lighting FTW! :O

Yes its the same Emperor, and Ill keep at keeping at :) With the new radio network we're developing I figure we'll see some replays of games like War3 and others. :o

This replay was so poor I just couldn't work out why cerbster was talking it up. It would have been funny if it was a 10 minute game, or if it had been an even matchup, but USA sucked for a number of reasons, the only one of many I'll mention was that he didn't even try to expo or scout expos.

I know its not a serious replay and all but wow, I feel i'm a worse player for watching that. MuhummadAli could have won that WAY earlier but he chose to draw it out for what reason? To humiliate USA? Because his macro really is that bad?

Just not funny, and OMG whoever was pinging the minimap really is gay...
