Okay i konw this has prolly been posted 409384093284093284093284093284938409328409823294 times. But again ill ask so i can find out. I clicked on the Shoutcast link.... and nothing happened. Is it something with my computer? Or is it only on at some times? Or what.. im kinda confused. But can neone explain the full deal to me? It would help alot... thnks.

A shoutcast is a live radio feed where a Shoutcaster is an observer in a game and gives you the play by play, especially useful in tournaments when you can't always observe games but can instead listen to what the gosus are doing. As to how you become a Shoutcaster see the front page post, if you're wondering how you get to play in a shoutcasted game or observe one, then hang out in clan wcr and if someone is shoutcasting it will appear on the front page, the shoutcasters name will also be displayed so you can whisper them on USEast about getting into a game.

There are two links at the lefthand side on the main page. One says Listen Now, and one says Listen Now (Alternative). The listen now one requires you to copy-paste the URL into winamp (or any other similar device). Using the alternative one will redirect you through Live365.

My internet is bad or is it just because Im usually in us west ? Anyways by the time I hear game name, game is full and started....And sometimes you're in the channel when ur still talking about the stats...

It's often internet lag. 56k can get like a minute delay. I live on the west coast personally, so it's just based on how well you connect to live365

Ok then thanks, I think my computer just sucks then cuz I use shaw cable if anyone heard of that it's supposed to be fast but oh well.

Only posts in strategy forums and in replays/audios etc count for post count. Probably other places too, but I'm not an expert
