I think it's a good show of character for Madfrog, had he gone to some powerhouse like 4k it could be said that he left to get off the sinking SK ship. I don't think he's on the same level as Grubby, but when he's motivated I wouldn't count him out and he's definitely a solid addition for SK. However, if they hope to overcome 4k they're going to have to start taking some risks on newer, younger players instead of just holding on to the legends.

SK has been on a decline, that's not debateable. Although they eventually placed well in the Playoffs, they performed terribly during normal season play.

its because grubby beat their best players, apm70 zacard, so it takes a bit more to take 4k down than it seems, plus Tod is looking REALLY good these days, see right now I see best orc player, and best human player on 4k, but SK has pretty good players, we'll see how madfrog does, I really hope he does well, because he's goooood

People think ToD is sooo good lately because he won CPL. There wasn't much competition there. Although he probably is the best human (human being the weak race ATM)..

Hmmm, yeah to come to think of it I think he is the best human after all.

Yeah, it's true that the competition at CPL wasn't as tough as ESWC, but it still isn't easy to win CPL. Although, I think the major test for ToD in CPL was defeating ElakeDuck, and I'm glad he came through =) Anyways, it's great to see MadFrog back.

I think any team that lost more than half of its main players to inactivity during a season would get a "decline". As for terribly, we finished in the top six and made it to the playoff, so if we did terribly, then I wonder what those who finished below us did. After all, we made our goal, which was to make it to the offline playoff, and we didn't even finish last in the playoff. All things considered, I think that is pretty decent.

To Slippah, calling SK a sinking ship right now, well, let's just say I think we're floating just fine.

SK was on decline, with Frog leaving, Heman going to WoW, FatC leaving, then at the end Sweet leaving. However, they picked up a lot of fresh players like APM, Elake, Evenstar (people keep forgetting how good Evenstar is), and Insomnia seems to have improved alot in training in Korea with WEG. With Frog returning, it seems like they will be able to beat just about any other WC3L team easily except 4K (assuming that Zacard and Evenstar wouldn't have too much trouble playing from Korea). I really don't see many teams who have a good shot at beating any of Zacard, Evenstar, APM, and Frog (once he gets back in form) with the exception of the 4k guys.

I don't think that SK is still sinking, I think that with Frog back they're much more stable. However, all I meant was that they will never be the powerhouse that they once were unless they take some risks with unproven players. And I was using the 4k merely figuratively.

He's not saying SK is sinking now, that they were. They are looking very good now, with alot of depth. Wonder what lineup will be, Insomnia, Evenstar, Zacard, Madfrog? Best of each race on the team, 4 best players on team imo...

How can you say that SK will only lose to 4k, max. Look at some of the teams in the season and their lineup; mouz.benq, fnatic, mym.hanbit, hell even mtw. Going to be a pretty good season..

Well, there is no denying that SK WAS sinking for awhile. However, with their new additions they seem to be very strong and look in great shape, it'll be an interesting WC3L season.
