this site has ALOT of different things you can do with Adobe Photoshop BUT the cool thing about it is its not in text form, a little movie pops up and walks you through it , its really cool and helpful (the ice effect is really cool)

P.S. my other computer works fine but this one i click the link and it opens the box for the movie but the picture doesnt come up just a red X in the top left cornor does, do i need like java or something?? thanks

Meh, I really dislike tutorials. These ones are pretty basic tutorials, though. They might help you get a basic idea about the tools of Photoshop. I suggest you stay away from "fire effect" or "icicle" tutorials. It's really obvious when you make a picture by following a tutorial. If you do use them, try to shake 'em up a bit and experiment a bit.
