Herbalism/Mining

is this a good proffesion to take up conjunctionly as a druid? Im thinking that this would earn me heaps of money. Im also curious, the skill "find herbs" "find minerals", can they be activated at the same time? Like an addon that allows this?

No they cannot, that is why most people go Mining/Skinning or Herbalism/Skinning, you can only track 1 thing at a time.

im doing both and its kinda a pain in the ass, im level 14 and i have 75 herb 81 mining, but it should be higher, the mining is just for cash though, herbs i am keeping becuase i want to do alch at level 40 (mining till 100 gold ish)

Its a very good idea too go two gathering skills the first 40 levels. That way you will for sure get your mount without problems. Its a general rule too never go two tracking skills...If I were you I would go with either Herb/Skinning and ditch skinning for alchemy at level 40.... Or I would go Skinning and Mining and ditch skinning again at 40 for engineering:)

Since I'm new to this game, how do you make money with mining? By selling the bars?

Sell the bars on the AH. People who hit 60 and pick up Engineering will buy them up quickly.
