How does open mic work?

I dont understand how you connect to the live 365 server. Do you make your own? Is there a password you enter? How does it work?

He runs your voice through a voice communication program called ventrillo that you can also use just to chat with your buds that have ventrillo. I and a lot of the staff talk on ventrillo almost everyday (there are diff servers you can connect to, etc)

and to get a spot in open mic you have to pay lidow alot of $$$, im still in debt, considering selling my car
