Now, Upload it there

Hit "View file" of your image

COPY PASTE the URL
it will be something like

http://server5.uploadit.org/files/WcrImageHosting-efarel.jpg

Now, Go to cp panel, Type in this [.IMG]http://server5.uploadit.org/files/WcrImageHosting-efarel.jpg[./IMG]

with no .'s
