It's not a bug so much as an easter egg. For anyone that hasn't seen it I already made a post about it in a similar thread.

This is just a little gimmick thing that IceFrog has added to some of the recent versions of the game. Here is how to get the hidden boss / upgrader to spawn. First of all, you need either Prophet or Avatar of Vengeance on your team. There is a rune in the very top left corner of the map covered by trees and an identical rune on a small island hidden away in the water in the bottom right. Have one hero place an observer ward in the forest towards the top left and blink on top of that rune. Alternatively you can use ancient tangos of essifation but the process takes longer. Secondly, have prophet or avatar teleport or phase onto the island. Now, find one of the hidden frogs around the map. The easiest one to find is below the sentinel side taverns. Place a sentry ward down off the ledge and use a spell to kill the frog. Now, have the remaining three members of your team (the two have to stay on runes for awhile, so don't try this during a real game) and kill Roshan. After thirty seconds you will hear the sleep noise repeat a few times. Moments later, a frog incased in ice named 2+3!!! spawns in Roshan's old nesting grounds. It is very tough to kill but possible. I find having a Rhasta and or Lion around to keep him disabled is the easiest way. Keep the two players on the runes and kill the frog. Again, wait thirty seconds and an item named 'The Upgrader' will spawn. This does not do anything for now(that anybody knows of) but is speculated to have a purpose in a future release. If I recall correctly IceFrog had to rush the releases of the past few versions due to unignorable bugs and abuses. Don't try this crap in a real game, you will fail misterably. Try it by yourself in single player or with friends when the other team leaves and you have time to mess around.

Use chen to possess lil creeps ,and pudge to take them off from spots thats out of reach.
Needs a lot of time though which i dont have.

Notice the 4th tavern on sentinel, i think you'd get a new cool hero if you unlock the mystery :D .

This will never be solved, it's only in 6.28 (not 100% sure) but it IS NOT in later versions as of yet... that said whoever can be bothered going back to solve it go for it!

It's in 6.29b but it leads to no where as far as anybody knows. If you ask me it's really not worth the time to solve.
