Well thats not the only way to be saflisted in TDA you know, i mean if you have a ladder icon (25 wins+) you will BE saflisted once you join channel clan TDA.

In a public game, you have a ton of terrible players, with the odd chance of getting someone decent to play with. There are leavers, and in the end, one team wins overwhelmingly because they don't suck as much as the other team.

In a TDA game, you have a ton of terrible players who think they are God's gift to DotA, with the odd chance of getting someone decent to play with except they have such a terrible attitude that you'd rather have another shit player on your team. There are leavers, and in the end, one team wins overwhelmingly because they don't suck as much as the other team, or because the other team has become so full of themselves that they forgot to play the game.

Well, i've been playing in channel TDA for like 2 months now, and yes, there's been some situations where there's (newbs, leavers, braggers, shit talkers) but it still doesn't happen that much, atleast not as much as the times you see is leavers/newbs in public games anyways, not to mention how all public games are -SM these days, i hope you get my point here.
