Make replay files un-uploadable in member chat

that way you wont have to moderate all those attatched replay files and stuff. Then everyone would post them in member replays section. Wouldnt that make everything so much better/easier for mods?

I don’t think I can tell it what format you can upload in a certain section. I think it is a global setting but if it can be done I will do that.
