i think being a staff member would be agonizing. Unless ur santa
1. having to work so little punks and homosexuals(demon) :clown: can enjoy a site
2. Give out and find the latest replays, so they can just become better than u and u get thier replays.
3.Having to deal with everyone and their dogs problems
4. not getting paid and having to pay for the site
5. People spam u saying they dont like ur site cause u dont have something.(im bad for this but if i didnt like it i wouldnt post) :O
so unless ur a fat man in a red suit, u gotta really enjoy seing ppl come to ur site. or u just wanna track their Ip address and hack their comps :O!

Pay is zip, no openings atm (to be honest, I don't think there will be any for awhile). Time varies on the position. Generally though it's at least 3 + hours a week for the easiest tasks. While being a replay person can end up being much much more. (EpicZero has no life, he just preps replays I swear)
