How to legally custom hotkeys?

Hi, i'm a NE player, i don't like the standard hotkeys, and am looking for a legal way thats approved by WCG to custom my keys, since i knew that warkeys app is illegal and considered to be hacking tool or w/e, Thanks.

Open Customkeys in wc3 folder and start editing.

as far was i know warkeys is legal and even if its not how is blizzard gonna tell i mean really all it does it make it easy for the uncomputer savy i thought programs like that was why they made custom keys legal because they make it able for everyone to be able to edit and use them

anyway i made my own my own if you want them ill upload

u know just like warkey, but in a legal way, and i should be copying that .txt file to wcg machines, right?.
