OK, I'll throw ya'll a bone. This list is very much subject to change.
5.61 is basically done; all these changes have already been programmed. Just waiting on suggestions from Syl and Zetta. This version will be beta tested, probably.
Phoenixes now deal Piercing damage.
Death Ward damage down at levels 1-3, true sight removed from level 2.
Increased the mana cost on Searing Arrows to 13.
Increased the cooldown on Strafe to 45/40/40/35.
Changed Song of the Siren to 6/8/10 small/medium/large area affected, increased the "stun" time to 4/5.5/7 seconds.
Fixed where Reverse Polarity will stun a unit, but won't "trap" it.
Removed Hurl Boulder from Mithril Golems, added 2 damage.
Decreased cost on Gem of True Sight to 825.
Increased cost on Sentry Wards to 400; increased Ward duration by 60 seconds.
Summon Wolves hotkey changed to W.
Fixed Ensnare learn tooltip.
Increased the "transition time" on Permanent Invisibility from 2 seconds to 3.6 seconds.
Added Night Stalker to the list of heroes that cannot use Tome of Retraining.
Decreased the cooldown on Sprout to 11 seconds, from 12, and decreased the mana cost.
Spawn buildings are now invulnerable until their corresponding tower is destroyed.
You may no longer attack your own creeps.
You may not attack your own structures unless they have less than 10% of their HP remaining.
Improved the HP regeneration on level 1 towers to .1 HP/second.
Improved the Sniper's damage while in Take Aim mode and reduced the transition time to 3 seconds and the mana cost to 75.
Took hover movement type away from Visage and Viper.
Changed Phoenix to summon 1/2/3 Phoenixes, or 2/3/4 with Aghanim's Scepter.
Reduced Death Ward's armor.
Added -ar, -tr, and -re as alternate ways of inputting -allrandom, -teamrandom, and -reverse.
Adjusted the position of some creep camps.
Increased the armor and hit points restored by Netherezim Buckler, but removed the mana gain and changed the mana cost to 75.
Decreased the cooldown on Magic Missile from 12 seconds to 9 seconds; increased the stun from 1.5 seconds to 1.75 seconds.
Static Field no longer harms sleeping units, and the cost is increased to 13 mana.
Fixed Eul's Scepter of Divinity tooltip.
Decreased the duration of Manta Style images to 42 seconds.
Increased the damage done by Carrion Flies by 7.
Increased Pudge's strength per level to 3.75, base intelligence to 15, intelligence per level to 1.5, and added 5 to his base damage.
Decreased the cooldown on Carrion Flies by 1 second for each level, increased fly mana regeneration to 2.25 per second.
Increased the damage on Huntresses and Tauren.
Decreased damage on Venomancer's Poison Sting to 5/10/15/20 per second over 7 seconds. Decreased the movement penalty to .07/.14/.21/.28.
Reduced the damage on Poison Nova to 62/100/138/185 damage per second, and decreased the movement penalty to 10/20/30/40%.
Decreased base attack cooldown on morphed Lycanthrope by .15 seconds.
Decreased the stun duration on Lycanthrope wolf summon bash to 1.3 seconds, but increased the Bash to 15% and the damage bonus to 15.
Increased the base damage on Lycanthrope wolf summons slightly.
Increased the area of effect on Howl.
Changed Split Shot to how it used to be, firing 2/3/4/5 arrows based on Medusa's base attack damage minus about 10%. Works properly now.
Decreased cooldown and increased duration of Crippling Fear.
Increased damage and decreased mana cost slightly on level 4 Void, and increased the slow duration to 5 seconds at all levels.
Increased benefits on Hunter in the Night at all levels.
Increased Balanar's strength progression to 2.8 per level.
Decreased mana cost slightly on Nerubian Assassin's Impale, increased the damage, increased the stun time by .25 seconds, and decreased the cooldown by 1 second.
Increased the damage slightly on Mana Burn.
Changed Nerubian Assassin's Wind Walk to the backstab-damaging one.
Decreased the cooldown on Arc Lightning to 2 seconds.
Reduced the hit points on summoned Treants to 550.
Increased the AOE of Hoof Stomp slightly.
Decreased the mana cost of Double Edge to 75.
Increased the mana cost on Summon Water Elemental slightly.
Increased the mana cost and cooldown slightly on Rylai's Frost Nova.
Decreased the damage on Freezing Field by 5/10/15/20; spread the frost explosions out slightly farther.
Increased the cooldown on Razor's Chain Lightning to 11 seconds.
Decreased slightly the movement bonus from Unholy Frenzy.
Increased the damage on Divine Rapier to 250.
Added the Atma Weapon as a real, creatable recipe.
Decreased the damage output on Burize.
Changed the recipe for MKB to make it slightly more expensive (swapped Sacred Relic for Demon Edge and increased damage).
Increased the attack speed on Mask of Madness by an additional 20% and reduced the damage taken by 10%. Increased the life steal to 12%.
Increased the strength bonus on Heart of Tarrasque to 30.
Boosted the charges on Refresher Orb to 5.
Reduced the cooldown on Dagon Energy Bursts.
Increased the hit points regenerated on Aegis of the Immortal and Heart of Tarrasque to 11 per second, up from 9.
Increased the stat bonus on Eye of Skadi from 20 to 25.
Increased the life steal on Helm of the Dominator to 12%.
Decreased the cooldown on Lothar's Edge to 20 seconds.
Increased slightly the damage on Satanic.
Changed Aegis of the Immortal so that when you die with it, it teleports you back to your base and then revives you. This makes it so that you don't lose all of your charges at once.
Reduced the cost on Sapphire Water to 300.
Increased the starting gold by 375 for -reverse games.

Yeah, let's make the Sniper even MORE powerful.

Changed Phoenix to summon 1/2/3 Phoenixes, or 2/3/4 with Aghanim's Scepter.

Conjurer = now officially useless.

Decreased the cooldown on Magic Missile from 12 seconds to 9 seconds; increased the stun from 1.5 seconds to 1.75 seconds.

Yay for stronger Vengeful Spirit!

Increased the damage done by Carrion Flies by 7.
Increased Pudge's strength per level to 3.75, base intelligence to 15, intelligence per level to 1.5, and added 5 to his base damage.
Decreased the cooldown on Carrion Flies by 1 second for each level, increased fly mana regeneration to 2.25 per second.
Increased the damage on Huntresses and Tauren.

Pudge going back to it's "imbalanced" roots, but not overpowered at all. I'd say this makes him semi-usefull.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA once one person finds where all the pieces are, they're gonna have level 3 heroes with +300 damage :rofl:

Rest is all nice, should make for better DOTA :)

a few errors with the origional post. Case in point: ^says sentry wards cost 400, while they only cost 375 (or 370 or something)

DOTA is going to become really really gay now. i don't think i'll play it anymore, atma weapon creatle?!? this must be a joke. what does it do?+100 armor, +500 dmg, permanent invis even when attacking(dark templar like) and that all offensive spells have +1000 dmg and +3000 heal? lol. the heroes are all good now, but the is gonna be pretty imba. nice job though sapphire much<3

so what is the recipe? and even if you knew the map creator shurely made the ingredients "next to impossible" to create in real BNet games

it is impossible, you need bloodfeather's heart(and maybe key of the 3 moons) for the recipe(next to fake atma, unlocker, hello and hello2 which you can find on the map) but those aren't on the map so you can only get them when you plant those items on the map, so no bnet games with atma

Yeah, anyone thinking Atma will ruin the game has to think again. If Atma required just the Atma Weapon, both Hello scrolls, and the Unlocker it would still be almost impossible to get just cause everyone will know where the parts are and will start grabbing the ones nearest their base. You grab it, take it back to your base, drop it near your fire bush, and only if your opponents are tards does the item get completed -- cause they should do the same thing.

How so? Piercing damage does reduced attack to Heroes, and you can't even get them to have Chaos damage with an Aghanim's anymore.

Piercing does more to creeps, so farming is easier, but in terms of killing heroes and towers, you can't cheese them. Overall balanced IMO, and on par with the rest of the summons, who can't just a-click to make a hero run away until the timer runs out.

i think the whole idea of a hero with summoning is just bad in dota

I usually go random. If it's a pick game I'll pick a hero I haven't used in a while or one to counter what the other team is picking.
