Never got into the west coast style, even one of Scarface's albums has too much of a western feel for me to really get into. That being said I plan on exploring the left coast at some point. I absolutely love outkast, aquemini and atliens are killer albums, southerplayalisticadillacmuzak is up there, too. Wu-Tang is just plain amazing (36 chambers, liquid swords, only built 4 cuban linx).
UGK is good, outkast descent, wu-tang not so much What about Tupac, NWA, Biggie Smalls, and Snoop?
