This news thing is harder than it looks o.O; Putting together the HTML, getting the nationality flags + race tags correct, then trying to get a picture or something. It takes way longer than I realized it would just to make a two paragraph post.
You'll get quicker. When I first started doing it I found it to be really troublesome but now I can get out decent-sized Newsposts pretty quickly. After a while you just tend to know all of the image paths and such.
