It's not that serious, just saying its not getting worse so that I'll be able to walk when I'm 50. I don't think I'll be able to do the marathon by the end of the year, but maybe next year or so I'll be back to training. We'll see I guess.

I've been biking, walking, and elipticaling (sp?) the past two weeks. Little discomfort here and there, but nothing to bad like it was before. Although usually when I start biking my knee starts like popping sort of like the muscles are stretching out. That usually last for 20 seconds then goes away.

Really only been around. I never get to far from WCR, mostly reddit/camaro forum I belong to. Outside of that its just work, and sleeping/watching tv.
