Doing alright, might be getting back to running pretty soon as my knee has healed up a little. Probably at like 90% but then again I haven't tested it in a while and could go back to hurting.

Working 40 hour weeks, and playing dota. That will show them.

I still part of a gym so I'll use one of those stationary bikes. Would be nice to eventually get up to high enough miles to go out and enjoy the weather. We have like a bunch of bike paths in this state that they are starting to connect so you can go for decent rides. But right now the doctor just wants me to start slow/don't do it for to long so as not to injure myself again. He just wants me to work on my quads so my quads can take some of the pressure off my knees.

Forgot to tell you. Saw the doctor wednesday and he said it was a sprain and I should be fine in another month. Gotta ice it, and start riding a bike along with taking some aleve.

Yeah it really sucked, and sucks more now that the weather is nice and in the 60s and 70s and I'm stuck in the house when I could be taking advantage of this weather. I was up to 8-10 miles.
