I'm fairly certain that those are just standard (and non-race-specific) commands like stop, move, attack, hold position, patrol, etc.
Note that right clicks are not counted as "basic commands".
Valek im not sure what you are saying... every single unit has the same basic command(like what r____ stated such as stop, move, attack, hold position, patrol, etc.)

When I revise the section of Actions I see my rivals they have 380-600 in basic comands and me I have alone 70-90!... help me please!!
