WoW on a Mac mini...
I'll be needing to upgrade my desktop before long and am considering replace my old Win7 with a Mac mini. Before my current desktop I had two iMacs and liked them but Windows 7 was a big enough improvement over XP and Vista that I switched. I dislike Windows 8 and thinking of switching back but iMacs are so damn expensive and I already have a decent monitor so thinking the mini will suffice. Only thing is I'm not sure how well it'll handle WoW's graphics. The only games I play are WoW/SC2/D3/WC3 and sometimes Civ4/5 but primarily (like 90%) it's just WoW. Do you all think the mini would suffice with Intel Iris graphics?

I'm not super familiar with its graphics card, but the other specs on the Mac mini will more than allow you to play WoW.
Although not super efficient, my old Mac book can play all those games and it has 1/10 the specs.

Here's the possible specs...
2.6GHz or 2.8GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 (or upgrade to 3.0GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7)
8GB 1600MHz LPDDR3 SDRAM (or upgrade to 16GB)
1TB hard drive
Intel Iris Graphics

WoW runs on pretty much anything.

likely fine, but not at super high resolution. 1080p might be a stretch. and you are probably aware of the more powerful options that exist aside from the mini.
