pretty much, just wierd cause he used to belong to just before they became we.europe, they got $$ from WE. and then as soon as WE sponsor goes they leave? seems like greed to me.

There are these things called pride and friendship. I'm not saying it's wrong, though, I just don't respect them hoppers as much as people like Sky who put their team before greed.

PS. it's not just a video game, it's competitive sports.

Please note that I don't advocate team spirit on an empty stomach. There is always a line where things fall one way or another, and where that line is is up to anyone's judgment.

My point is that sports isn't all about greed and whoever pays better.

Do you really think that if WE couldn't provide a salary and financial support for Sky that he would not search for another team? To a certain point, team spirit is important, but when it is your job and you aren't getting paid, it doesn't matter how much you like your team. You will leave the "company" and go find a similar position at a new one.

No, I don't know what Sky would do if WE stopped paying him. What I know is that he has been approached with better offers and declined, and he wrote in his blog that he's determined to lead the WE ship to success.
