Defending People's Democracy in Bolivia and Venezuela
In Bolivia and Venezuela, mass movements have been making tremendous advancements for working people, winning government control as a way of opening up spaces for organizing and redistributing wealth back to the people.
At the same time, the wealthy minority along with their partners in the North America and Europe have been trying desperately to overthrow these peoples democracies, pumping millions of dollars and organizing violence in order to reverse all the gains made.
Come hear speakers from Venezuela and Bolivia describe the struggle to defend and build people's democracies directly from people in the mass movements that are advancing them.

I've been going to this random shit, went to a socialist convention a few weeks ago. Perhaps some of you U of T'ers want to participate in this kind of solidarity.
Like everyone else at Uoft I dont care about these Bolivian/Venezualian people. I dont care about what people "think". I dont give a shit about their stories. If there's free food people will come, otherwise you're not going to get many people. And people never donate, students have no money.
It may sound harsh but that's the truth, sorry buddy.
