I was wondering if anyone knows of a functioning cell phone proxy that's free.

I tried Zaksenterprises but couldn't seem to get it to work (I followed all of the directions to a T). Please help me find one =P.

BTW, if you didn't know, cell phone proxies are completely legal and are a way to set up browsing the internet with your phone by using only minutes and not having to pay for data on a per megabyte basis.
