    computer problem

Ever so often my computer is making loud grinding noises. I can't seem to figure out where it's coming from. I figured it was either the hard drive or the psu. The psu outtake fan doesn't spin anymore. Time to buy a new psu?

I have my case open and I'm trying to figure out where the sound is coming from but I don't know. It's either the psu or cpu heatsink. Since one of the psu fans stopped working I guess it could be that but I don't know. Are there programs that you can use to tell you what parts are working correctly?

Probably your psu fan dude, add some oil. Happened to my desktop, which is like from 2000.

It happens frequently when I boot the system up. I'm looking at speedfan and it says my hard drive is hot at 65C and my CPU is at -64C which doesn't make any sense.
