Access to Blocked Shops

So I've been sticking my shop behind my altar for years, always willing to sacrifice the ability to sell items for the security of the shop. Turns out on most maps I've tested you can still sell items to a blocked-off shop, sometimes over an entire farm. Anyway, don't know if this is common knowledge but hopefully helps someone.

Hmm seems I can't upload the replay to WCR. Anyway here's a download link.

^ It could be worth to change your building position so you get the shop behind your farm, this is news to me but will surely help me out alot, esp on closespawn TR vs orc this is a treasure....

the funny thing is that you cant sell it through the building your way to the shop is blocked, or the hero goes around to the opening. at least thats what i got from my short expriment

Rep DL not working for me. Could you describe (or screenshot) what you're doing? Just standing as close to the shop as possible? I didn't think that worked unless you were diagonal and right next to it.

you build the shop in the corner and it has to have no space between the shop and the other buildings

interesting, you'll notice selling items over a farm though will produce delay in the selling

not news to me actually, there is a "range" you can drop your items, most people allready know that you can pass the staff to your stupidly stucked heroes in back of your base, i bet you can do this trick with all races shops, i know you can do it with undead only on a certain way when you block with fatass zigurats.
