server error 228 wtf?

Right now I am in a game with a guy and as soon as the game started he typed this long message that looked like something a bot would say. At the end of it it said server "connection error 228". His race is terran so I thought he was trying to pull some bullshit by lifting his cc and flying it somewhere hoping I would leave. I have scouted the entire map with like 20 vikings and cant find his cc. Is this a glitch or did the server split or wtf?

Terrible strat, so easily beaten, really you need 2 CCs, one hidden, and one still at the main (like TOL hiding) the thing is htough, you can count the minerals and see if he built a new CC or not. even so, youre going to find the floating CC eventually anyway..
