Mortal Kombat 9

So MK9 came out the other night Im curious how many people purchased it and what you think of it so far.
I'm really impressed with how they went back to the roots of the 2D fighting, I'm also really liking the x-ray attacks and the fatalaties. However currently I think there are a few balance issues for the multiplayer considering 12 of my first 14 opponents in ranked matches used either scorpian or noob saibot. Both of which I find to be really noob friendly overpowered characters, its far to early to be sure just a little annoying at how easy they are to play. I enjoy playing smoke and Jade some tricky combos and smoke is really good at dodging attacks.
The king of the hill gametype is really fun to watch and rate other players, I found one guy who won 10 straight with a handful of heros was crazy how good he was so early on.
