anyone ever have a random roommate?

im gonna have to find a new place to live soon, and most my friends are @ home w/ their folks, or have places already

so i was looking at finding a roommate from one of those sites.
wondering if wcr ever had any success/fail w/ these kinds of sites in past?

screen em good, set up a probationary period of like a month after which, or during, you can make your final decision. i live in a spot with 10 other ppl and we get new roomates pretty damn often so we came up with that system cuz thats about how long it takes to really get a feel for what your in for

like after 20-25 days you can just kick them out?

yeah, usually give em like a week or whatever to get their shit arranged, let em know about it beforehand so they have to agree. goes by the situation tho, some ppl we've had to kick out immediately, some get extended time to get a new place arranged, just gotta call it per situation
