make sure you get a dedicated graphics card (not integrated) and a processor with good clock speed, at least around 2.2-2.4, more is better tho.
you don't need more than 4gb of ram but 4gb is ideal
Hey guys i was thinking of purchasing a gaming laptop mainly for dota 2 really, since i dont have a lot of access to my desktop since i have moved in with gf and cant bring the desktop with me.
i have no experience with gaming laptops and can spend about 500-800 (GBP) dont really know the value for money when it comes to lawrp tawrps but any advice is appreciated

Enough with the DotA 2 comments. This thread is about a guy looking for a laptop, not how great or terrible D2's gonna be.
get one with Go540 or 550 gpu.. Any laptop with that gpu should have decent cpu too so whatever u pick
