ex0's Vlog/Blog Thread

I will embed and link 'normal' video's in here, and i will put up the more 'controversial'(fun) ones on my blog and you can discuss it here so WCR doesn't have anything to do with those video's. I'm currently capped, but i have a few video's waiting for you guys that i'll upload in a day or two when im uncapped..

If the mods have any queries or qualms about this idea, please let me know so i don't waste my time doing all this only to have it deleted or locked because of trolls etc. I would also appreciate if you could delete all the noise and offtopic shit in here that's not related to any of the video's..

But here's something for you guys in the meantime and CK in particular(if he wants a new sig)

I like this pic, but your pic is also pretty good since it has my face(IIRC). Also, notice that all my video's are slanted. That's because my driveway is basically at 45 degree angle

Kicking uphill and fighting uphill is a hell of a lot more flexibility and energy required on my part, that's for sure. Also, the angle puts my own footwork off, but it's all good because i train on flat and slanted, makes no difference, just man up and get used to it.

Anyway, video's will come of more shit that i do and showing you around the streets of Melbourne and just what my area looks like.. remember, nothing in this is for educational purposes(purely entertainment, i would never do a jumping roundhouse in a real fight etc), don't copy what i do at home, i'm a trained pro and i 'take risks' for the sake of entertainment that 'normal' people wouldn't do

Also, this will be a kind of 'progression' and a thing to help motivate me to get healthier and stronger because i'm really weak right now

It will also document the pace in which i improve etc, i'll let you guys know when i do the training and how often for how long etc. But i have really bad cardio so yeah, my training sessions right now are like 3 minutes of full power, and you can tell that i'm getting exhausted and my stance/moves starts getting sloppier by the end of the video. But if i can go 3 mins 'full power' and i smoke ewed and cigs, imagine what i could do without smoking

I will quit soon. No point doing these 5-6am 1km runs and smoking still :p
