    If it's the same thing I get at the start of some games then tabbing fixes it.

    Have you tried alt tabbing out, clicking something to shift the focus, then alt tabbing back into SC2?

    Happens to me too :]. I have a roccat Arvo Keyboard. Pressing alt usually works for me.
