    network

yo I'm at a condo in vermont on vacation and there is a wi-fi access included (the router is out of reach at the hotel). The problem is I can spot and connect to the wi-fi but it dosen't give me internet access (even if connected) meaning I am sending and receiving data through the network but do not have internet access. Tried using PCI fast ethernet control and windows 7 explorer to solve the issue but dosen't work.

btw I'm using a lower quality wi-fi to write this post so the problem has nothing to do with my network drivers...

thanks if you can help, appreciated
