Dudettes this is serious business cut the crap
NGINX is a web server (as you've probably googled by now) and Facebook is probably using it in their infrastructure. There was probably some technical error on a Facebook node near you and that's why you're seeing the default NGINX page.
Or maybe you've been hacked by the Russian mafia (NGINX is of Russian origin), they've already stolen all your money and they're now welcoming you to the rest of your life in their indentured servant society until you pay off your debt.
