    man doing 15 minutes non stop push-ups sounds really boring. At least in the first push up challenge you have a catchy song to listen to.

    I made it to around forty push-ups and four minutes in. And it wasn't the push-ups that killed me, 'twas the "resting" period. This exercise would've been much easier if normal rests were allowed.

    The second challenge is a challenge of... will? Because there are no requirements except for completing it fifteen times.

    The second challenge I completed at least. The first repetition was a 65-seconds hold, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th were around 10 seconds each (with 5 seconds rest in-between them), and the fifth repetition was only five seconds. The second and third sets were similar except for the first holds, which were around 35 seconds each. Rests between each set were around 2-3 minutes.

    I also liked the toes-heels exercises. Brings in some variety, but it wasn't all that hard. Or maybe I did it wrong.

    Hey yall, long time no see. I thought Id share my favorite pushup variation with you.

    It is a 13 steps/rep pushup that looks as follows:



    The steps are:
    1: Catstrech position (starting/ending position)
    2: elbows flat on the ground
    3: put hands together as in a diamond pushup
    4: dive forward with your diamond as close to your belly button as possible
    5: push up
    6: down
    7: elbows flat on the ground
    8: separate your hands shoulder width apart
    9: dive forward
    10: push up
    11: down again
    12: push back your elbows so they are half an inch from the ground (do not touch them flat on the ground as in previous steps!)
    13: push to straighten your arms and return to catstretch position (starting position)

    It is tricky to remember at first but once learned you wont be doing regular pushups or diamonds or whatever again, just pump these badboys out and get a complete upper body workout.

    I would be impressed by anyone who manages to make 15 in a row with correct form.
