    So about the Devour ability....

    Turns out armor does affect it. A bear with 3 armor upgrades takes about 30 seconds longer to be devoured than one with no armor upgrades. Whoda thunk it?

    Haha my bad, turns out I forgot to have the bear form upgrade so one bear had 810 hp instead of 960 hp. Armor does not affect devour! However I corrected for that and discovered rejuvenation continues to affect the bear after it is devoured.
