Go to a photo shop (not the computer program) if you want it on A4 paper and ducttape it together yourself, there is probably software for that.
How do you print out art off the internet and get it framed?

I was relatively active in the photography hobby for a year or so. Printing is tricky business. The monitor has to be adjusted to the printer. Also it depends what you want to print it on. The easiest route is to go a kinkos and have them do it.
step 1. print (FedEx home office, search for printing businesses in your area)
step 2. find a frame
step 3. never post in a political thread here ever again. fucking genius can't even google.

A home printer is almost certainly going to disappoint. Chicas' advice to go to a local print shop is right on... it'll be a couple of dollars if you take an image on a USB or optical disc, and the quality will be much better than whatever you can do at home without some concerted effort and expenditure on printing equipment.
