can't upload a 4s rt game

can someone confirm if this is a latency hack?

the game starts to lag massively around the 17 minute mark until red leaves

i also can't upload this either

well i got disc hacked the other day. I uploaded it. was able to watch to the point where all players got disc hacked and it even lagged then, like i was playing the game on bnet. I was offline and not on bnet when watching the replay obviously. getting disc hacked just screws up the entire replay i guess.

Possibly just some guy spamming 1000 buiding command queues. That creates some significant lag then they cancel it to resume.
