Ad-aware won't get rid of all the wyrms out there, you should download bazooka and give it a try, it's my second "must have" program in my list ^^.

Personally I would reformat if I ever get infected. It's the only way to guarentee a clean computer. Those worm removers doesn't always repair the registry if the worm gets in there and often it leaves garbage behind. However, after getting a worm, hopefully you'll learn to be more careful so you never get one again.
