Need Help With Wow

ive just gotten WoW for christmas present, so ofc i rush home and try and install the shit....
this is where my problem starts, i put in cd 1, i start the installation, fine.
it asks for cd 2, i put it in, it reconnizes it and stars to continue the installation, then after 2 sec it says error 102 occurred, and say basically "SCREW YOU, YOU WONT BE PLAYING ME FOR THE NEXT WEEK CAUSE ALL THE STORES ARE CLOSED"
and i cant continue the installation, cause it shuts down the installation.

so i was wondering if any other had this problem, and if they had how did they fix it? trade in the game for a new one, or could it be fixed in some other way???

does it say what error 102 is? also try cleaning the cd and make sure you have plenty of hard drive space.
