You lost your CD-Key before you even installed the game? Impressive.

Your CD-Key is bound to your account, you cannot just get a new one, aint going to happen unless you fork over the cash for a new game.

The only reason for needing your cd-key post install/account creation is because youve lost your user/password and cant answer any of the security questions you provided on creation correctly.
Either way, its moronic.
