Fatal bonds + culling blade = eveyone dead?

Is it possible for culling blade to kill everybody who is linked by fatal bonds since culling blade deals like a million damage?

It deals not much damage. It deals 350 damage at level 4 and kills a hero instantly when he is under 600 hitpoints.

Actually, I do think Culling Blade deals a huge amount of damage if the hero is below a certain threshold. However, Fatal Bonds is capped to prevent to this from happening. I think it's somewhere around 24%.

Dargh, no one gets the question. If the target is under 625 health, it will do 100 million damage.

However, the damage is capped at the units max life. IIRC.
