Castle Fight

I play this game once in a while. Pretty fun when I'm not in the mood to micro.

Nowadays this game seems to be gaining in popularity. I see a lot of Castle Fight games especially on Azeroth and Kalimdor.

So I'll do the honors and start the discussions. Those new to the game, there is an offical forum.

Gryphons and Obelisks of Light are imba imo. They aren't particularily expensive but have good abilities.

Gryphons have chain lightening and bash on attack by chance, while Obelisks deals 175 damage with very low cooldown. Imba!

I also buy Blast Staff over towers. It deals 60 damage per sec. That's better than Human and Orc towers already. It's also invulnerable and mobile on your worker. Really useful to clear up early rushes.

Any Castle Fight players here? I'm looking for a sort of Castle Fight channel on BNet to join games. Tis a good break from Dota.

imo the most imba thing in the game is shrine of destruction, "one building per 60 is destroyed from your enemy" wtf!
And it only costs 5 food and 500 gold.

I love the game, but rushing gryphs is WAYY to IMBA even still.

It's the damn chain lighting that really overdoes it.

EDIT: They changed it from a CL proc to a bash?

ya this map is pimped out for sure, anyone have some good generall strats/starting builds? IMO melee seems really underpowered, what do you guys think?

he's referring to chain lightning, the gryphs have a % chance to shoot freakin chain lightning when they attack
